Audiovisual artists Nenad Popov and Doron Sadja come together for this special collaborative performance. Using custom built software instruments and controllers, the duo investigates sensory perception through sound and image. Popov’s vivid black and white imagery explores the simple interaction of pixels repeated thousands of times, allowing Escheresque tilings to emerge, dancing on the fringe between dimensions. Similarly, Sadja’s dense electronic sounds play with the extreme layering and spatialization of samples, resulting in rich, endlessly morphing textures.
